About the data

Every number here comes straight from an official government source. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is copied from another website.

How a figure gets here

Fetched. Once a day a script reads each source's own release, and keeps a copy of the page or PDF it read.
Checked. The value must parse, carry the right unit, be newer than the last one, and move by a believable amount. A figure that fails any check waits for a person.
Approved. A person compares the figure with the official release before it is added. Revised figures are flagged and replace the old one only after that check.
Published. Each figure shows the period it covers, the day it was released and a link to the release itself.

Privacy

This site does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, ads or third-party scripts, and loads nothing (fonts included) from any other website, so no one else learns that you visited. It never asks you to log in or for any personal detail. The only thing it remembers is your light or dark choice, kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere. Like any web host, ours sees each request in order to deliver the page; we add no analytics on top.
